Where can I find my VIN?

Your 17-character VIN can be found in several locations:

  • On your vehicle registration or title documents
  • On your insurance card or policy documents
  • On the driver's side dashboard, visible through the windshield
  • On the driver's side door jamb sticker

What if I enter the wrong VIN?

Please double-check your VIN before submitting. If you accidentally enter an incorrect VIN, please contact our support team and we'll help resolve the issue. Reports generated with incorrect VINs may be eligible for correction under our guarantee policy.

Can I share my report with my insurance company?

Absolutely! That's exactly what our reports are designed for. You can download a PDF version of your report and submit it directly to your insurance adjuster as supporting evidence for your valuation claim.

How long do I have access to my report?

Your reports are stored in your account and remain accessible as long as your account is active. We recommend downloading and saving a copy for your records. Do note that Insurance carriers need current comparibles which is why we offer free refreshes of listing in case your settlement takes longer than expected.

Do I need an account to get a report?

Yes, an account is required to purchase and access your valuation reports. Creating an account is free and allows you to securely store and access your reports at any time.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page and enter your email address. We'll send you a secure link to reset your password.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, you can request account deletion at any time by contacting our support team through the Contact Us form. Please note that account deletion will remove access to any previously generated reports.

Is my VIN information secure?
